Sharing Photos from Folio
Share photos in any available size by copying direct URLs or saving specific resolutions to disk from the Folio photo viewer.
Folio makes it easy to share individual photos in any available size directly from the photo viewer.
Open a photo in the photo viewer
Navigate to the photo you want to share and open it in the photo viewer.
Click the Share button in the toolbar
Locate and click the Share button in the toolbar to open the share popover.
Choose a size and action
The share popover appears showing all available sizes for the selected photo. For each available size, you can:
- Copy URL — copies a direct link to your clipboard, useful for embedding or sharing with others
- Save to Disk — downloads that specific size to a location you choose
Available sizes vary by photo but may include: Thumbnail, Small, Medium, Large, XLarge, X2Large, X3Large, X4Large, X5Large, 4K, 5K, and Original.
For videos, the share popover shows available video resolutions instead.
To download the original full-resolution version of multiple photos at once, use the Download feature instead.
